TODAY’S MESSAGE DAILY DEVOTION
SERIES: GIVE AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN UNTO YOU.
Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Luke 6:38
Liberality is a practical step to experience increase. Until you embrace giving you cannot experience financial increase.
Now let me say this that we live in a world and kingdom guided by law. Life can’t be approach any how, it has to be approach with practical steps in other for us to maximize the value they represent. The law of giving is one of the surest channel to experience unlimited flow of wealth.
I wrote in my recently released book “WISDOM PLUG” of how Bishop Oyedepo once told a story of an elephant in America who consumes 140 pounds of straw per day and excrete 100 pounds worth of manure daily. That elephant display a role each an every one us have to play in dealing with finanaces. If you are just the receiving type without giving out you are heading for a crash is only a matter of time. And I like the way the anchor scripture above ended it. It says what measure you give out is what will be given back unto. So if you give out small then small will be given back to you and vice versa.
Now let me conclude by saying; an obligation to always give back will always be on you as far has you are receiving. So give according to how God has bless you. Now the major giving channels include; giving back to God like tithing, offering and responding to kingdom projects, giving to ones parent, giving back to the society like the needy, and the poor around you, etc. Shalom.
